1. Motor ki Life badhane ke liye (Heat Management):
Agar aapki motor lagatar 100% load par chalegi, toh wo bohot zyada garam hogi. Garmi se motor ki Insulation kamzor ho jati hai. 1.25 ka factor rakhne se motor apni capacity ke 80% load par chalti hai, jisse wo thandi rehti hai aur uski life 10-15 saal badh jati hai.
2. Voltage Fluctuation (Bijli ka Utar-Chadhav):
India mein aksar voltage stable nahi rehta. Agar voltage Low hota hai, toh motor ko wahi kaam karne ke liye Zyada Current (Amps) kheechna padta hai. Agar humne motor ekdum tight (exact kW) chuni hai, toh low voltage aate hi motor ka current badh jayega aur wo Overload hokar trip ho jayegi ya jal jayegi. Ye 25% ka margin us extra current ko jhelne ke liye hota hai.
3. Pipe Friction aur Jamming (Mechanical Load):
Pump jab naya hota hai, toh pipe andar se saaf hote hain. Par waqt ke saath pipes mein Scale (kachra) jamne lagta hai jisse friction badh jata hai. Pump ke Bearings thode tight ho sakte hain. In sab wajah se pump ko paani kheenchna mushkil hota hai aur motor par load badh jata hai. 1.25 ka margin is extra load ko handle kar leta hai.
4. Startup Torque (Starting ka Dhakka):
Jab pump band hota hai aur hum use chalu karte hain, toh shuruat mein paani ka wazan dhakelne ke liye motor ko normal se zyada taqat lagani padti hai. Agar safety factor nahi hoga, toh motor starting mein hi atak (stall) sakti hai.

Iska full form hai Cubic Meter Per Hour.
Volume ka Maap: 1 Cubic Meter (1 m³) ka matlab hota hai ek aisa square tank jo 1 meter lamba, 1 meter chaunda aur 1 meter uncha ho.
Liters mein Kitna? Ek 1 m³ ke tank mein poora 1000 Liter paani aata hai.
Matalab: Agar kisi pump ka flow 1 m³/hr hai, toh iska matlab hai ki wo pump ek ghante mein 1000 liter paani fenk raha hai.
📏 Conversion Kaise Karein?
LPH se m³/hr: Jitne bhi Liters hain, unhe 1000 se divide (bhag) kar do.
Example: 25000 LPH ÷ 1000 = 25 m³/hr.
LPM se m³/hr: Pehle 60 se multiply karo (ghante banane ke liye) phir 1000 se divide karo.
Example: 500 LPM × 60 ÷ 1000 = 30 m³/hr.
💡 Pump Selection mein iska Kya Role hai?
Pump ki capacity hamesha Flow Rate par depend karti hai. Agar Flow (m³/hr) badhega, toh motor par load (kW) badhega. Agar Flow kam hoga, toh motor kam current legi.
